MAC Harmony Blush

For my birthday my sister got me MAC Harmony which has been a product I've wanted in my collection for a while. Harmony is a powder blush, although I prefer to use it for contouring. Contouring is a part of my daily makeup routine and after using this almost every day for a month, it has become my favourite product to use.

Describes by Mac as a 'muted rose-beige brown,' the cool tones make it the perfect natural contour (no orange in sight). I apply it with my Real Techniques contour brush in the hollows of my cheeks, my jawline, my temples and sometimes the sides of my nose if I'm going out. I love how natural Harmony looks and am loving using it in my current daily makeup routine. It costs £18.00 and you can buy it online here or at a counter.

I'm looking forward to adding more contouring and highlighting products to my collection, I've just recently purchased MAC Prep & Prime highlighter in Light Boost and added the Tom Ford Shade & Illuminate to my Christmas list. What are your favourite products for contouring?

MAC Candy Yum-Yum

Last weekend I added another lipstick to my ever growing MAC collection (number 15 to be precise). I wasn't sure which shade to go for next but after seeing Candy Yum-Yum on Kayleigh and Chelsea's blogs I knew it had to be mine. I probably have ever lipstick colour under the sun, from nude to dark plum but my collection seemed to be missing a bright neon pink. I think the closest to this would be my Topshop Louise Gray lipstick in Legend, but nothing beats a MAC lipstick (well, maybe YSL).

MAC describes Candy Yum-Yum as a 'neon pink' which is definitely an accurate description, it's so bright and girly. It has a matte formula which is one of my favourite finishes from MAC as Lady Danger, Russian Red and Diva are all firm favourites of mine. I also love the amplified finishes as well. The only downside to the matte finish is that it dries your lips out after a few hours but as I love the way it looks I don't mind taking it off, smothering on some lip balm and reapplying it. I'd say this lasts around 3 hours before I need to touch up.

If you're a fan of bright lipstick then this is definitely one for your collection. As it's such a statement colour, it looks amazing with just a simple flick of black liner. I got this in duty free on my way to London so I paid around £12, but to buy online or at a counter it would be £15. What do you think of this shade? I love it!

MAC Lipstick in Morange

Last week my sister surprised me for no reason and bought me MAC Morange (so nice of her) which is now the 13th shade in my MAC lipstick collection. MAC lipsticks are definitely my favourite, they have such a wide colour range and the shades last really long on the lips.

Morange is a gorgeous, bright orange (MAC describe it as a 'loudmouth orange') with an amplified finish. I'd say this is my second favourite MAC lipstick finish, matte being the first as Lady Danger is my all time favourite. The amplified finish lipsticks last around 4 hours on the lips and barely need touching up on a night out and even when it fades, it still leaves a lovely orange tint on the lips. Orange is definitely my go to lip colour for Summer and this is a great addition to my collection - I've been wearing it non-stop since I got it.

Unfortunately MAC lipsticks have went up to £15, but that probably wont stop me from buying them! What do you think of Morange?

July Favourites

(L-R Dior Amber Diamond, Rimmel Nude Delight)

Is it really August tomorrow? This has been the fastest year ever. Anyway, I haven't done a monthly favourites post in a while so thought I'd share with you some products I've been reaching for this month. Some of them are products I've had for a while and recently rediscovered my love for and a couple are new favourites.

Dior Amber Diamond - The weather had (not anymore) been gorgeous this month so my go to every day look was bronzed and natural and I loved finishing it off with a dusting of Amber Diamond highlighter on my cheekbones and brow bone. I won this highlighter in Emma's blog giveaway last November and it's been a favourite highlighter in my collection ever since. I also love using it in the inner corners of my eye when I'm going on a night out, it looks gorgeous with a gold smoky eye. Also, there is hardly a dent in it, it's lasting me so long so I think it's definitely worth the £32.00 price tag as it's such a gorgeous, luxury product. I really want to get my hands on Rose Diamond as well.

La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo - This is my third tube of the Effaclar Duo but up until recently I had run out and was using an Origins moisturiser instead. While I liked it, I definitely noticed a difference in my skin when I went back to using the Effaclar Duo. I feel like my skin is much clearer and my pores aren't as clogged when I'm using this, so it's here to stay from now on. I got this for £13.00 from Boots.

Batiste Dry Shampoo XXL Volume - I always need at least two cans of Batiste dry shampoo in my drawer as it's one of my favourite hair products. The main reason is because I'm far too lazy to wash my hair all the time but I also love that it gives my hair some extra volume - I even use dry shampoo after I've washed my hair to give it some texture. My favourite one at the moment is the XXL Volume, it's gives my hair amazing volume without back combing as well as refreshing it between washes. I've tried so many dry shampoos but they never work as well for me as Batiste does, it's also one of the cheapest!

Rimmel Nude Delight - I've finally found the perfect nude lipstick for me, yay! Now that I've got a tan and my skins darker some of my nude lipsticks look a bit light on me but Nude Delight is just perfect. It's a bit darker and more brown than my usual nudes but it works well with my skin tone. This is one of the Moisture Renew lipsticks so it's not drying on the lips at all which I love. I've been reaching for this a lot this month whether it be for work or a night out. I really recommend it if you've got slightly darker skin and looking for a nude that doesn't give you the dreaded 'concealer lips' look.

Chanel Perfection Lumiere - As I've ran out of my all time favourite foundation, Armani Lumious Silk I've been reaching for my Perfection Lumiere this month. I bought this a while ago and hardly used it but now I've been wearing it almost every day and I've fell back in love with it. This is one of the highest coverage Chanel foundations and also has more of a matte finish than the rest which has been perfect for the warmer weather (no shiny t-zone). Even though the coverage is medium/high it still gives me a really natural finish. I reviewed this foundation back in March and you can also see me wearing it in this post here.

MAC 217 Brush - I have no idea how I coped before this brush was in my life as this is essential for doing my eye makeup these days, especially to blend out a smoky eye. I like to apply my eye shadow in my crease then use a clean 217 to blend it out for a seamless look. Thank you Pixiwoo and Tanya Burr for telling me I needed this brush in my collection, you were right! I'm thinking of picking up another one so that I have one to apply my eye shadow and a clean one to blend.

So that's all the products I've been loving this month. What are some of your July favourites?

Orange & Coral Lipsticks for Summer

So this week we had one day of sun (yay!) and hopefully this will be the start of more to come. Like I said before, when the warmer weather comes I like to switch up my makeup routine and this usually starts with my lipstick. In the Autumn/Winter I tend to go for dark berry colours but in the Summer my favourite colour to wear on my lips is Coral so I thought I'd share some of my favourites with you.

I'm a big fan of Topshop lipsticks and last Summer I picked up both Infrared and Ohh La La. Infrared is a deep orange that looks amazing with bronzed, sun-kissed skin. In Ibiza last year I wore this on my lips almost every night. Oh La La is a pale coral colour and the lightest shade of the bunch which is perfect for every day wear, especially if you're not a bold lipstick kinda girl. I find Topshop lipsticks really good quality for the price (£8) and I definitely need to buy some more shades, they're all so pretty! The only downside is that the packaging gets super dirty.

If I had wrote an April favourites post (I took the pictures and just didn't get round to it) then Vegas Volt would have been in it. It's a bright coral with an amplified finish which is one of my favourites as the pigment is amazing. I've been wearing this non-stop on my lips the last couple of weeks and it's definitely a MAC lipstick I suggest you add to your collection.

If you prefer lip butters to lipsticks, my favourite shade at the moment is Juicy Papaya. The Revlon lip butters are so moisturising and a great alternative to lipstick as they're really natural for every day wear.

Now the prettiest of the bunch, YSL Rouge Volupte in Rose Paris. This is a more pinky/coral that the rest of them and probably one of my favoutites. I absolutely adore the colour of this and the gorgeous packaging is an added bonus. I don't think my Summer lipstick selection would be complete without one of these beauties and another Rouge Volupte shade I think would look gorgeous for Summer is #13 Peach Passion...maybe I'll treat myself soon!

What are your favourite Coral lipsticks?

My MAC Lipstick Collection

 [L-R: Creme D'Nude//Angel//Snob//Pink Nouveau//Vegas Volt//Impassioned//Lady Danger//Girl bout Town//Russian Red//New York Apple//Rebel//Diva]

MAC lipstick collection posts are one of my favourites to read, I love seeing swatches and what shades everyone else has to help me decided which ones I want to pick up next. MAC lipsticks are definitely my favourite, they're such good quality and the colour range is amazing. Also, at £14 (when I bought my first ever one it was only £10, sigh) they're not completely unreasonable. Now that I've built up my collection I decided to do one myself. I've got 12 in total now, probably not as much as some Beauty Bloggers but I can see this number getting considerably larger because there's so many shades I still want (Shy Girl, Costa Chic, Ruby Woo etc). Here are the 12 shades I own so far...

Creme D'Nude: As you can tell by the name, this is a nude lipstick with a cremesheen finish. The MAC website describes it as a 'pale muted peach beige' which is pretty much spot on. I love wearing this when I've got super black smoky eyes on a night out to keep the rest of my face looking simple. One thing I'd say is that you have to be careful with this particular colour or it could look like you're wearing concealer on your lips - not a good look! I'm wearing it in this post here.

Angel: This is 100% my favourite nude MAC lipstick, I've been wearing this since I was about 16 and have kept repurchasing it. It's a pale, soft pink with a frost finish and apparently a favourite of Miss Kim K. Definitely a staple nude in my collection, see it in action here.

Snob: This is described as a 'light neutral pink' on the MAC website. I'd say its a light pink/purple, sort of a muted version of Saint Germain? It has a Satin finish and I love this for day time to add a subtle pop of colour to my makeup.

Pink Nouveau: This was in my March favourites post and I think it's just the perfect medium pink lipstick. It's a bright pink with blue undertones that makes me feel really girly every time I wear it. It has a satin finish and I love wearing it with a gloss over it for a night out.

Vegas Volt: At the moment this is my favourite Spring lipstick which might make an appearance in my April favourites. Described as a 'full power Coral' it has an amplified finish which means the colour pay-off is amazing. This is definitely one for Spring/Summer girls.

Impassioned: I remember when I first bought this lipstick I was obsessed with it. I wore it almost every day but it kind of got neglected over the Autumn/Winter months. An 'amped up Fuchsia' with an amplified finish, which is absolutely gorgeous for the warmer months. I can't wait to start wearing this again!

Lady Danger: 100% my favourite MAC lipstick, Lady Danger is a gorgeous orange/red with a matte finish. I know a lot of people are unsure about matte lipsticks but when it comes to MAC finishes, I'd say matte is my favourite (controversial?). This is one of the lipsticks from my collection that I wear the most and if I'm not sure how to do my makeup or want to get dressed up, I go straight for this shade. I think everyone should own Lady Danger.

Girl About Town:  GAT is a bright blue Fuchsia pink with an amplified finish. A staple dark, girly pink that can finish off your makeup look for a special occasion. I think this is a colour that looks amazing on everyone but I've not worn it in a while. Doing this post has definitely reminded me of some of the gorgeous lipsticks I have in my collection.

Russian Red: Russian Red is my favourite blue toned red lipstick. It also has a matte finish which is why I think it's my favourite. It's such a classy colour and I always feel amazing when I wear it. I really want to try Ruby Woo which is slightly lighter but also has a matte finish. Does anyone own both and can tell me the difference? I wore this in this post here.

New York Apple: This is a 'muted red with pink shimmer' and has a frost finish. My sister brought me this back from her holiday last year and it's one I'd never usually pick up myself but I really love it. If you want a red lip but don't want to go too bold then this is perfect, I even wear this during the day.

Rebel: This was one of the first MAC lipsticks I bought when I decided to be more adventurous with my lipstick choices. It's a lovely pinkish-purple with a satin finish and I've worn it quite a lot since I got it. Again, I'll probably put this to the back of my collection and bring it back out again in the Autumn. I did a post on it here if you'd like to see it on.

Diva: I LOVE this lipstick and surprise, surprise it also has a matte finish. MAC describes is as an 'intense reddish-burgundy' and I had been looking for a colour like this for ages before I purchased it. During the Winter I wore this to death, it was the perfect statement lip for the festive season - see it in action here.

So that's my current MAC lipstick collection and I think I've got quite a wide range of colours. If you've done one of these posts please link it to me in the comments so I can add even more to my list! Hope you enjoyed this post and had a great weekend.

March Favourites

  • Soap & Glory The Breakfast Scrub - I love all of the Soap & Glory products, but my favourite is 100% this one (closely followed by the Glow Getter tan), a body scrub that consists of little beads that give you silky smooth skin. It contains oat, Shea butter and sugar along with other lovely ingredients like almond and honey which makes it a must have skin care product for me. I use this a couple of times a week to buff off my tan and exfoliate my skin ready for another layer, it also has an amazing maple scent (smells good enough to eat). This is one product I always repurchase and if you haven't tried it I definitely recommend that you do.
  • Garnier Ultimate Beauty Oil - I did a review on this body oil at the start of March and have still been using it (almost) everyday. It's extra moisturising and has a lovely subtle scent, not to mention its so much more convenient than a lotion if you're lazy like me. If you want to read my full review on it you can here.
  • VO5 Plump It Up Dry Backcomb Spray - I'm forever trying to get volume in my flat, limp hair and have tried loads of products that just don't seem to work. A couple of months ago I bought some products from the VO5 Plump It Up range and this one stood out to me the most. After using my Aussie Aussome Volume shampoo and conditioner and my Plump It Up mousse, I spray this onto my roots and backcomb my hair slightly to give it some extra volume. I've seen some negative reviews on this but it works fine for me, it's by no means a miracle product but it does give my hair a little more volume and texture than usual and I use it every day.
  • MAC Pink Nouveau - So far I have 12 MAC lipsticks in my collection and the one I've been reaching for the most this month is Pink Nouveau. It's a lovely medium pink with blue undertones and has a satin finish. It's not too bright so it's perfect for everyday wear and I've been loving pairing it with my Revlon ColorBurst lipgloss in Pink Ice.
  • Barry M Gelly Nail Paint Lychee - I'm a massive fan of nude nail polish and even dedicated a whole post to them here. Now I have a new favourite to add to my collection - Barry M Lychee. I already have a couple of the Gelly polishes, I love the finish of them and they are one of my favourites (Essie is still in the lead though). Lychee is a gorgeous Spring nude, a really pale creamy coffee colour and I've been wearing it constantly on my nails this month. I'll definitely buy it again when this one runs out - and it will!
  • L'Oreal Super Liner - Another product I've been wearing every day is this pen liner. I posted about this in February and have been using it almost every day since then. It's so easy to use and the thin tip makes appplication super quick, especially when I'm running about for work in the morning. For now this has even replaced my beloved Maybelline gel liner but maybe I'll rekindle my love for it this month.
Have you tried any of these products? What are your March Favourites?

Most Worn Makeup: February

Last month I did a January Favourites post but this month I decided to do a post on what makeup I've been wearing the most in February. I might do a February favourites post as well because there is a lot of non makeup items that I've been loving this month too.

First of all, the foundation I've been wearing the most this month is Laura Mercier Silk Creme. I absolutely love this foundation, it was in my January favourites and it's still at the top of my list. This month I've been switching between this and my Armani Lumious Silk but I just keep going back to Silk Creme as it gives the most gorgeous finish. I did a full review on this here if you haven't already seen it. I then love to finish off my base with a sweep of NARS Laguna bronzer under my jaw line, on my temples and under my cheek bones for a bit of contouring. I've been using this bronzer every day since I got it in September and I have a back up that I got for Christmas because it's almost finished, definitely couldn't live without it.

Next up is the cheeks, I've been loving Benefit Fine One One and Dior Amber Diamond. Fine One One is just so convenient for those early morning starts, just sweep it onto the cheeks and blend with your fingertips and viola! a gorgeous coral blush with a highlight on the cheekbones. I've had Amber Diamond since November and I still love it as much as I did the first time I used it. If I want more of a noticeable highlight I'll use this on my cheekbones and on my brow bones for a lovely glow. I've done full reviews on both of these products here and here.

I've been using my two new eye shadows, MAC Woodwinked and Naked Lunch almost every day since I got them earlier this month, they're such great colours for every day wear. If you want to see them on, you can check out this post. I can't wait to build up my MAC shadow collection. Benefit They're Real! is one of my all time favourite Mascaras along with Dior Show. I ran out of my full size one but have been using this handbag sized one I got at an event recently until I can afford to buy a new one. I love the way this makes my lashes look, long and full at the same time and it doesn't budge all day.

Along with Creme D'Nude, MAC Angel is one of my all time favourite nude lipsticks (also a firm favourite of Kim K). It's a gorgeous pink toned nude and the only lipstick I've ever used up (three times). It's great for everyday at work and even for nights out paired with a dark, smoky eye. I definitely have a bit of an obsession with MAC lipsticks.

Do you love any of these as much as I do? What products have you been wearing this month?

MAC Naked Lunch & Woodwinked

(L-R Naked Lunch & Woodwinked)

(L-R Naked Lunch & Woodwinked)

I thought it was about time I started to build my MAC eye shadow collection since my lipstick one is well on its way to becoming out of hand. I do own a few single MAC shadows already but I really want to start properly and fill up some pro palettes (preferably one neutral and one coloured, like my sisters).

So when my friend Emma offered to buy me something from MAC for taking part in her focus group for uni, I decided it was the perfect chance to start. With the help of my sister, I chose Naked Lunch and Woodwinked, two gorgeous neutrals and the perfect start to my collection. I started off my getting a quad palette, but eventually I'll get the x15 one. Emma bought me Naked Lunch and I bought myself Woodwinked to go with it so it wasn't lonely in the palette.

First of all, Naked Lunch is described as a 'minimal pink with shimmer' and has a Frost finish which is perfect for all over the lid and also as a highlight on the brow bone. Woodwinked is described as a 'warm antique gold' and has a Veluxe Pearl finish which I love in the crease for a natural look or all over the lid with a dark brown for a brown/gold smoky eye.

I created a makeup look to show you how they both look on together with Naked Lunch on the lid and Woodwinked in the crease. I think they look amazing together and it's the perfect look for day time or even night time if you're going for a bold lip and don't want too much going on with the eyes. I love how pigmented MAC eye shadows are and how easily they blend on the lid. I'm definitely happy with my choices.

MAC shadows cost £12 individually or £10 for the refill pans. What are your favourite neutral MAC eye shadows? Do you have any recommendations for me?

January Favourites

I've never done a monthly favourites post before but I've decided this year it's something I'm going to (try) do every month. I really love reading everyone else's and think it's a great way to find new products. I've narrowed my January favourites down to 7 (which was hard):

  • MAC Blot Powder in Medium - So looking at this powder you'd think it had hardly been touched, right? Wrong! I've had this MAC powder since September last year. On a daily basis I use my Rimmel Stay Matte powder but since it isn't in a compact I find it easier to carry about my MAC blot powder. I've been using this to touch up my makeup almost every day since September but it's took me up until now to realise how much I love it. If I'm feeling a bit shiny I just use this little compact (it has a mirror which is an added bonus) and the shine is gone. The best thing about it is that it's really light and sheer so no matter how much you use you never looked caked in makeup. It costs £20 which I think is amazing considering how long it's lasted.

  • Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer in Medium - This is definitely the best drugstore concealer I've ever used, I use it every single day without fail. A lot of bloggers rave about this concealer and I'm 100% behind them. I use this under my eyes, on the corners of my nose and to cover up any blemishes I have and it covers them so well. The only thing that I don't like about it is the packaging, all the writing has came off. However, it's such a bargain at £4.19 that I'll definitely be repurchasing it.

  • Laura Mercier Silk Creme Foundation in Cashew Beige - I've been using this foundation throughout January and it's now my new favourite (I even like it better than my Armani Luminous Silk). It gives the most gorgeous finish and the colour is perfect for me. I'm not going to say much about this as I've just did a review on it the other day. If you haven't seen it, you can read it here.

  • MAC Lipstick in Diva - I bought this lipstick back in December after seeing it on Laura's blog. I love dark lips for winter and I've been wearing this colour so much this month. MAC lipsticks are my favourite, I love everything about them. I'm thinking about doing a full review on this lipstick so stay tuned. As you all probably know, MAC lipsticks cost £14.

  • Korres Lip Butter in Plum - I got this lip butter off my Mum for Christmas and since then I've been using it almost every day. I love that it has a subtle hint of colour and it smells so good, it also really sorts out my dry lips in this horrible, cold weather. I did a post on this a few weeks ago if you want to have a read.

  • Carino Miracle Oil - For ages I'd wanted to try the Moroccan oil but I just couldn't justify paying that much for a hair product. Then I saw this little dupe on Corrie's blog back in September which is from Aldi (random, I know!) and only costs £3.99! I've had this for months but only really started using it recently. I either use it when my hair is wet which makes it lovely and smooth or I use it to smooth down the ends once I've dried it so there's no need for me to use my straighteners (my hair has been looking a bit damaged lately). This has lasted me a while and I'd definitely buy it again.

  • Barry M Gelly Hi Shine Nail Paint in Blood Orange - I'm a big fan of Barry M nail paints, especially their new Gelly ones. I bought this one back in October but have been wearing it a lot this month. I think a read nail is so classic and such a wearable colour. I can't wait to get my hands on the new Spring Gelly nail paints, especially Lychee (I love a nude)! At £3.99 they're such good quality for being so cheap. I also did a post on this nail polish here.

So there you go, the start of my monthly favourites! Have you tried any of these products? If you've done a January favourites post I'd love you to link me to it in the comments.

Big Beauty Haul

I thought I'd do a post on all the beauty products I've picked up over the last few weeks. I'm not going to go into much detail on some of the products though as I'll be doing full reviews on them soon. As you can see I think I've got a slight shopping problem...

  • Real Techniques Core Collection: I've already got a few of the Real Techniques brushes and absolutely love them but the Core Collection has been on my wishlist from the start, mainly because of the Buffing Brush! The set comes with four face brushes; Detailer Brush, Pointed Foundation Brush, Buffing Brush and Contour Brush. I'll be using the Detailer brush for my concealer and the Countour Brush for powder highlighter. I'm not too sure whether or not I'll use the Foundation Brush as I've already got the Stippling Brush and Expert Face Brush for my foundation, however I can't wait to use the Buffing Brush to apply my foundation as I've heard its a favourite and gives you the most flawless finish. Any tips on what to use the Pointed Foundation brush for? This set costs £21.99.

  • Armani Luminous Silk Foundation 6,5: When a couple of my friends from my old work tried this foundation and gave it such an amazing review, I decided I needed it. I also heard Kim Kardashian uses it and her skin always looks amazing. When I went to my local Armani counter and asked for it the girl looked at me for about 5 seconds before suggesting I go for the shade 6,5. She tried a bit on my jaw line and it blended in perfectly. This really is the perfect colour for my skin so I was really impressed with how good the girl on the counter was as I don't usually trust them and like to pick my own shade. I've only used this a couple of times and love it so far, I'll be doing a full review on it soon. It is a bit pricey at £34 but I got my friends House of Fraser discount on it.

  • Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer Medium 3: I buy a lot of products because my sister has them and has either used them on me or raved about how good they are and this is one of them. I find it hard to find a good concealer and don't usually go for a liquid but I love this. It brightens up my dark circles and hides any blemishes I have. It also lasts all day which is perfect for when I'm at work. It's also a bargain at £4.19.

  • Rimmel Stay Matte Powder 001 Transparent: This is another product my sister uses on me and I've also seen Tanya Burr use it a lot in her video tutorials. I always powder my foundation once I've applied it (one thing that's stuck with me from my Makeup Artist training) as it helps it last longer and I tend to get shiny during the day. I was running out of my Chanel Universal translucent powder but couldn't afford to spend £30 on a powder right now so I decided to pick this up. I usually use a loose powder but surprisingly I'm really liking this pressed powder and it doesn't go cakey when I touch it up during the day. Also a bargain at £3.99

  • Revlon Grow Luscious Plumping Mascara Blackest Black: Another product I'm not going to go into much detail with as I'll do a full review on it. My sister uses this mascara and I also seen a review of it on Kayleigh's blog. I always use up my mascaras so quickly and wanted to try something different as I usually always go for Dior Show or Benefit They're Real. I've not used it much yet but I'll let you know what I think when I do my review. It only cost £9.99 as well which is a bonus.

  • Benefit Brow Zings Dark: I've used my sisters one of this for months now and always love my eyebrows when she's used this on me. My eyebrows are so sparse with no shape if I don't fill them in and I'm such a fan of bold, statement brows so I thought it was about time to buy one of these for myself. Brow Zings costs £22.50 and I'll also be doing a full review on it soon.

  • Rimmel Scandaleyes Kohl Eye Pencil 005 Nude:  I've seen this liner on a few beauty blogs recently and decided to pick one up when Boots 3 for 2 was on.  I use this on my waterline and it really brightens up my eyes, especially when I haven't had much sleep.

  • MAC Kohl Eye Pencil Feline: I've always got a black kohl liner in my makeup bag and usually reach for Rimmel Jet Black, but yet again my sister used this product on me and it lasted all night! I love finishing off a smokey eye with a kohl liner and this one's perfect, I can't wait to use it tonight. It's a bit pricey for an eyeliner, it costs around £15 but it's totally worth it.

  • MAC Lipstick Pink Nouveau and Creme D'Nude: I've now purchased my 11th and 12th MAC lipsticks and was thinking about what colours are missing from my collection. I didn't have a light pink or a true nude so decided to go with both of these. These are great everyday colours that can be worn all year round and Creme D'Nude will look great with a dark smokey eye on a night out, I love dark eyes and nude lips! These cost £14 each.

As you can see I've spent far too much money on beauty products lately but I just can't help myself. I think I need to go on a beauty spending ban!
